This healthy, fast and easy to make vegetable and meat bake recipe makes a great side dish or main course for a family meal. This meal is ready in less than 30 minutes. This recipe serves 4.
Herbed Parmesan crisps
150 grams Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
10 ml mixed herbs
1. Line a baking sheet with non-stick paper
2. Mix the Parmesan cheese with herbs
3. Drop tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet, spreading them out to make12 circles about 8 cm in diameter
4. Bake for 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius ( or until the cheese has melted into lacy disks
Remove from baking sheet and serve
